We are seeking a creative, results focused individuals to develop and achieve aftersales workshop, quality and profitability objectives across our Northern region covering areas across Scotland. 

The primary focus of this role will be to improve dealer After Sales & Quality performance by site and reduce dispersion by analysing dealer service performance to identify opportunities to improve service penetration and workshop profitability.

Our area management teams play a key role in maximising our sustainable mid-term goals for volume, profit, customer experience and brand image via our franchise partners. We are currently seeking a motivated, engaging and enthusiastic sales professional to develop and achieve our vehicle sales, quality and profitability objectives within the North area.

The area manager will become an influential figure within our Network Operations team to work closely with our dealers, coaching, developing and inspiring them to achieve objectives and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. With responsibility for dealerships in your territory, you will need a good grasp of local commercial priorities to successfully plan and manage your time and resources to achieve objectives.
