Our busy Customer Support department is seeking a commercially aware, customer focused management professional with outstanding organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
The Warranty and Quality recall Campaigns Manager is responsible for the management, operational effectiveness and budgetary control of the Warranty Platform, Warranty Audit Programme, Network Warranty Animation Programme, Parts Return Programme, Roadside Assistance and Vehicle Recall & Quality campaigns.
Job Title - Area Manager, Parts
In order to be effective, the successful candidate will require a sound knowledge of After Sales operations and how this translates and impacts on the Customer Experience. Groupe Renault are committed to providing an outstanding Customer Experience and this role is pivotal securing our Customer’s business, loyalty and retention for the future.
Confident working at a senior management level, you will have experience managing teams at operational level and possess excellent communication skills, accomplished at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Analysing data is an essential part of the role, with an ability to interpret this data into a “story” – managing the information to drive performance and continuously seek ways to continuously improve the Customer Journey.

Due to internal progression we are seeking a motivated, results focused individual to work in our dynamic parts field team as an Area Manager across Kent, Surrey, East Sussex & South Essex.

The primary focus of the role is to drive our parts and trade business sales, acting as the main point of contact within our Dealer Network. As the primary representative in your area for all matters relating to parts and trade business, you will be responsible for the deployment and animation of commercial programmes and tactical campaigns designed to increase parts sales via dealer Workshop, Trade partner, and Body shop business actions.
You will be required to review parts performance with the dealer and implement SMART action plans to secure incremental business, so an ability to influence and negotiate is essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
This role is ideal for someone with an excellent awareness and understanding of Motor Manufacturer after sales operations/Dealer after sales operations.
A strong analytical ability is key in order to identify trade sales opportunities and trends to enable you to work collaboratively with the dealer network to exploit these within the clear and measured action plans
With exposure to a variety of different internal and external stakeholders - the Dealer Network, Suppliers, Field Force teams and RUK Head Office - an ability to build relationships and confidently liaise with people at all levels is vital
